REFUND POLICY

We at Amity Strengthwear.com really care about our customers and we understand that sometimes you may need to return items to us.   We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order details or proof of purchase.

Goods received that are not in new condition may be rejected upon delivery and returned.

How to return / exchange an item

To return an item, please fill out the Returns Form sent with your order.  This can be also downloaded using the link below. Please state if you would like a refund or an exchange. For exchanges please confirm the details of the item you wish to exchange and include it with the goods, then post it to;

We recommend using a tracked service when sending your product back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to state the item you want to exchange for in the Returns Form and make sure it is included in your package, we will aim to ship the exchange as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds/exchanges are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the goods back to us.
